Dr. ICL Ophthalmology (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') values your personal information and complies with the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection."
The Company informs you of the purposes and methods of using the personal information you provide, as well as the measures taken to protect your personal information through this Privacy Policy.
If the Company revises the Privacy Policy, it will notify you through the website notice (or individual notice).

The Company collects the following personal information for membership registration, consultations, service applications, etc.:
Name, date of birth, gender, resident registration number, login ID, password, home phone number, home address, mobile phone number, email, occupation, service usage records, access logs, cookies, access IP information.

**Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information**
The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:

2. Membership management: Verification of identity due to membership service use, personal identification, prevention of fraudulent use by bad members, unauthorized use prevention, confirmation of intention to join, complaint processing, delivery of notices, etc.
3. Marketing and advertising use: Development and specialization of new services, delivery of promotional information such as events, analysis of access frequency, or statistics on members' service usage.
**Retention and Use Period of Personal Information**
The Company will destroy the information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved.
However, the following information will be retained for the period specified below for the reasons indicated:
Retention Item: Login ID
Retention Basis: Cannot rejoin with the same login ID after withdrawal.
Retention Period: Permanently retained.
When participating in consultations: 6 months from the date of collection (will be destroyed without delay upon withdrawal of consent).

The information you enter for membership registration, etc., will be transferred to a separate database (in the case of paper, to a separate filing cabinet) after the purpose is achieved, and will be stored for a certain period of time according to internal policies and other related laws (see retention and use period) before being destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for any other purpose except as required by law.

To view or modify personal information, you can click on 'Change Personal Information' (or 'Modify Membership Information', etc.), and to cancel membership (withdraw consent), click on 'Withdraw Membership' to go through the identification process, and then directly view, correct, or withdraw. Alternatively, you can contact the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by phone, or via email, and we will take action without delay.
If you request correction of your personal information, we will not use or provide that personal information until the correction is completed. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the correction result without delay to ensure that the correction is made.

We do not operate any devices that automatically collect personal information generated during the use of internet services, such as cookies.
